Responsible for coordinating Triple-S’s PR agenda and content for external and internal communications, driving customer and employer brand reputation.

Essential Functions

Supports development of yearly public relations plan and calendar fully aligned with marketing and corporate strategy. Supports execution of corporate communication strategy. Focus on communicating a clear, consistent, credible and engaging culture. Supports internal company announcements and delivers them in a consistent and homogenous way, creating a strong and unique companywide identity. Develop and maintain a relevant content library that can serve as a base for all communications effort, on quality, on time, on budget content according to company communications plan. Coordinate content development resources. Evaluation of content effectiveness. Supports PR communications for Events, Grassroots and Sponsorships.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Arts, Business Administration with major in Marketing, preferable with 1 to 3 years of experience in PR/Content/Events roles at recognized consumer or service organization, Financial services, membership products and services experience desirable and solid mix of traditional and digital marketing experience. Or Associates Degree in Communications, Arts, Business Administration with major in Marketing, preferable with 3 to 5 years of experience in PR/Content/Events roles at recognized consumer or service organization, Financial services, membership products and services experience desirable and solid mix of traditional and digital marketing experience. Or at least 5 years of this experience in lieu of.

Key Competencies

Public Relations knowledge: Experience with PR plans, programs and implementation, Experience productively managing agencies and consultants. Internal Communications knowledge: Understanding of internal communications initiatives. Content Development: Experience developing effective relevant content, Superior written and oral communications and editing skills. Leadership / Communication / influence: Forge effective partnerships using negotiation and relationship skills, Build credibility with key executives. Executional Excellence: Sense of urgency and detail deploying marketing initiatives (o-t, o-p, o-b). Digitally Savvy: Clear understanding of the digital landscape and digital marketing. All employees are expected to support actively the metrics / indicators that will facilitate the accomplishment of the corporate and departmental objectives.
