Responsible for the coordination of digital marketing projects, campaigns, social media and web properties.

Essential Functions

Through the following media will be responsible for: Digital Campaigns Coordination - Supports Brand Managers with the development of digital campaigns. Coordinates and monitors with Digital Marketing Agency digital campaigns. Social Media Management - Execute the social media strategy for the company. Interact with Digital Marketing Agency and Brand Managers to create, communicate and coordinate all social media content for Facebook and LinkedIn. Deliver regular updates about social media metrics. Optimization of content and engagement based on consumer insight and digital KPIs. Assist with existing social media campaigns that tie directly into overall brand plans and goals. Coordination of inquiries with customer service. Website Projects Coordination - Gather specifications to fulfill present and future developments. Monitors and executes all web development projects as assigned. Manage and deliver projects on budget, on time, and on schedule. Work with the development team to coordinate work across shared resources. Acts as a key point of contact for all agency partners on website development projects. Webpage Maintenance - Coordinate the optimizations of Triple-S websites. Ensure that content is current, relevant and makes logical sense. Ensure on time compliance with ASES, CMS, OPM and BCBS requirements and style-guide. Coordinate with BUs the topics to be published on the websites and the publication schedule. Manage projects to improve and optimize the company websites. Perform test validation of enhancements to websites. Monitoring the functioning and performance of the Triple-S websites.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on digital advertising, marketing, computer sciences or business management with 1 to 3 years of work experience; or Associate’s Degree ( 60-64 credits), with 3 to 5 years of work experience. At least 5 years work experience in all of the above. Work experience, prefer previous experience in digital marketing and web coordinator.
