Essential Functions

Prepare and maintain the work plan for the projects. Guide and assist in the preparation of the plan and project management. Communicate with customers about the work in progress and in order to identify needs. Identify, define and plan in order to accomplish customer needs. Monitor and assist the resource assigned to tasks or situations that may impact the daily operation. Coordinate and negotiate the solution of operational difficulties. Maintain communication with the customer to stable the operations environment regarding any trouble shooting. Coordinating multiple resources within and outside your department to support the goals of the division. Effectively manage conflict, creating the right atmosphere that supports open communication and the search for solutions. Prepare reports for reference use in operational areas.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration, with one (1) to three (3) years of related experience, in health industry preferable. PMO preferable.

Knowledge in computer, Microsoft Office and other applications. Project Management Skills.
