Job Nature

Is responsible for providing support and maintenance of the Organizational Management Structure in the past, present and future. This information enables a company to prepare for and react to future human resource requirements and changes related to object types, relationships, validity types and infotypes.

Essential Functions

Maintains updated the HR structure in the system, including the budget approved for each position, organizational charts and headcount reports. Creates reporting relationships among objects and positions showing how they look in hierarchical form. Support the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures for implementing changes in organizational structures, positions and staffing patterns. Designs programs and procedures for auditing and assessing existing structures and staffing. Liason with HR Consultant regarding changes in Organizational Management structure, positions, Job Titles. Gathers requirements for reports from business users, designs the layout, documents functional specification and works with application developers on the creation of reports or enhancements. Writes, maintains, runs and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Maintain data integrity in systems by running reports and analyzing data. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users. Provides general Human Resources support as needed. Held accountable for end results.

Minimun Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from a recognized College or University with one (1) to three (3) years of related experience, or Associate degree or at least 60 to 64 college credits with three (3) the five (5) year of related experience, or at least five (5) years of experience in lieu of.

The incumbent performs regular assignments using own judgment. Responsible for determining when supervisor or others should be consulted.
